Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Behind The Wheel Lessons (“Driving School”). By enrolling in or participating in any driving lessons provided by Diego, you (“Participant,” “Student,” or “You”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which include our Guidelines and Liability Release.

Please read carefully before registering or participating in lessons.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

You understand and acknowledge that operating a motor vehicle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, property damage, and bodily injury. Such risks may result from factors including weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle malfunction, or the actions of other drivers. By participating in lessons, you voluntarily assume these risks.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for receiving driving instruction, you release and discharge Diego, including his agents and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, suits, or expenses arising out of or related to property damage or vehicle damage that may occur during lessons.

3. Student Responsibility

You agree to:

Operate the vehicle with caution and follow all applicable traffic laws.
Follow all instructions provided by the instructor.
Accept full responsibility for any damage to the vehicle during lessons, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You acknowledge that you may be liable for repair costs associated with such damage.

4. Insurance and Costs

You acknowledge that Diego insurance policy may cover certain damages, subject to deductibles and limitations. Depending on the circumstances, you may be required to contribute toward deductibles or repair costs.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diego, his agents, and representatives against any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising out of or connected with your participation in driving lessons.

6. Guidelines for Lessons

The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson early or refuse/terminate a lesson if the participant demonstrates unsafe driving, is not suited for instruction, or disregards guidance.
Fees for shortened or terminated lessons will not be refunded.
Written feedback and recommendations will be provided via email within 24 hours of the lesson.

7. Competency and Agreement

By scheduling and participating in lessons, you affirm that you:

Are legally competent to enter this agreement.
Have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Are signing or electronically consenting of your own free will.
